Dehradun, Sept. 9 -- Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday directed officials to strictly enforce the ban on granting construction permissions near rivers and canals, warning that responsibility would be fixed on officers who fail to comply with the restrictions. Chairing a meeting with senior officials, police officers, and district magistrates virtually, Dhami issued a slew of directions on disaster management, law and order, reconstruction, tourism, and public services.
