Jaipur, Nov. 19 -- Rajasthan has swept all three top honours at the National Gopal Ratna Awards 2025, cementing its position as a national leader in the dairy sector. The Rajasthan Co-operative Dairy Federation (RCDF) and its affiliated milk unions have been selected for awards in every category, ahead of the ceremony scheduled for November 26 on National Milk Day. The Rajasthan Co-operative Dairy Federation (RCDF) has secured top honours in each of the three categories announced by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying. This marks the second consecutive year in which RCDF and its affiliated unions have emerged as national leaders, states an official release. Rajasthan secured top honours across all categories of the National Gopal Ratna Awards 2025, with the Ghinoui Dairy Producer Co-operative Society of the Jaipur Milk Union winning the Best Dairy Co-operative Society award along with Rs.3 lakh, a merit certificate and a memento. In the Best Dairy Farmer category, Harshit Jhuria from the Sikar Milk Union was recognised for his exemplary dairy practices and will receive Rs.2 lakh, a merit certificate and a memento. Vikas Kumar of the Hanumangarh Milk Union was selected as the Best AI Technician for his technical excellence in artificial insemination and will be awarded a merit certificate and a memento.....
