Lucknow, April 25 -- A day-long special session of the state legislature, convened on April 30 to discuss women's empowerment, will also see six ordinances being tabled during the proceedings. A discussion on women's empowerment is scheduled for the sitting, according to a letter sent to all members by principal secretary, Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Pradeep Kumar Dubey, on Friday.
