LUCKNOW, Dec. 29 -- The bodies of a newly married couple were found hanging from a tree near a village temple in Aniyapur under the Hargaon police station area of Sitapur district on Sunday morning, triggering shock and suspicion as both victims' feet were found touching the ground. Later, we were informed that their bodies were found near the temple," she said. Circle officer Neha Tripathi said preliminary inquiry suggests suicide, but the possibility of murder followed by hanging is also being examined. Police said no complaint has been received from either family so far, and the cause of death will be confirmed after the post-mortem report. Station house officer Balwant Shahi said the couple appeared to have used a new rope. Others, however, suspect foul play, citing the unusual manner in which the bodies were found....
