Haridwar, Dec. 30 -- A special investigation team (SIT) has been constituted to probe into the shootout incident in Haridwar, in which gangster Vinay Tyagi was killed by two bike-borne assailants, while he was being taken under police escort for a court hearing on December 24, a senior police officer aware of the matter said.
