Jhansi, Feb. 12 -- Two girls, aged 4 and 7, drowned in a makeshift ditch at a railway colony near Chitrakoot Dham railway station on Tuesday. The ditch, dug to store sewage water was located at a construction site where labourers were staying. While their parents were working, the children were playing nearby. The younger girl, Sudha, fell in and her older sister, Sandhya, jumped in to save her but both drowned....
