Bengaluru, June 10 -- Senior IPS officer Vikash Kumar, who was among the five officers suspended in connection with the June 4 stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy stadium that claimed 11 lives, on Monday moved the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) challenging his suspension, people familiar with the matter said.
