LUCKNOW, June 24 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday issued a show-cause notice to party MLA from Jhansi's Babina assembly Rajeev Singh Parichha seeking explanation for an incident in which a passenger in Vande Bharat Express was allegedly attacked by his associates. Govind Narain Shukla, BJP's state general secretary, issued the notice to Parichha seeking explanation in seven days. In the notice, Shukla has referred to the June 19 incident in Delhi-Bhopal Vande Bharat Express when the train reached Jhansi. In a harrowing incident, a passenger Raj Prakash was brutally beaten and thrashed by goons allegedly at the behest of Parichha. The incident was said to be the fallout of a dispute over a seat between the BJP MLA and the passenger. Another notice has been issued to Madhu Sharma, former district president of Mathura, over her adverse comments on local BJP leaders....
