SC collegium recommends 3 judges as HC CJs
New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- The Supreme Court collegium on Thursday recommended appointments of chief justices to the high courts of Patna, Meghalaya and Manipur.
As per the resolution, Justice PB Bajanthri of the Karnataka high court, currently serving as acting chief justice of Patna high court, has been recommended as its permanent chief justice.
Justice Soumen Sen of the Calcutta high court has been proposed as chief justice of the Meghalaya HC, while justice M Sunder of the Madras high court is recommended to take charge as chief justice of Manipur HC. htc...
