Lucknow, Jan. 25 -- A wide variety of roses and gladioli is on display at the Central Lawn of National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) during the Rose and Gladiolus show which began on Saturday. The lawns remained buzzing with people from all walks of life throughout the day. Visitors took a leisurely stroll and clicked photographs during the flower show, which was organised by the council of scientific and industrial research (CSIR) -NBRI. It was inaugurated by Prof Pradeep Kumar Joshi, chairperson, national testing agency, New Delhi, in the presence of Radha Rangarajan, director, CSIR-CDRI, and AK Shasany, director, CSIR-NBRI. The show will remain open on Sunday from 10 am to 5.30 pm.
