PRAYAGRAJ, July 27 -- The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will conduct the Review Officer (RO)/Assistant Review Officer (ARO) Preliminary Examination-2023 in a single shift, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, on Sunday. The Commission, along with district administrations, has implemented enhanced measures to ensure the fairness and smooth conduct of the exam. For the first time, two magistrates will be deployed at each exam center across the state-one sector magistrate and one static magistrate. The sector magistrate will collect the confidential trunk containing question booklets from the treasury and deliver it to the static magistrate in the presence of the centre superintendent and assistant superintendent, under live CCTV surveillance. The examination will be held at 2,382 centers across the state. A total of 10,76,004 candidates have registered for 411 posts on offer. In Prayagraj alone, 46,032 candidates are scheduled to take the exam at 106 centers, said UPPSC secretary Ashok Kumar.
