Resolve grievances within two weeks, CM Yogi tells officials
GORAKHPUR, Nov. 11 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday directed officials to ensure that public grievances are resolved within two weeks, stressing that his government remains committed to supporting the needy with housing, marriage grants, medical aid, and assistance for economically weaker families.
During the Janata Darshan held at the Gorakhnath Temple, the CM heard the concerns of around 200 people. He assured the gathering that no one should panic, adding that his government's priority is to ensure every deserving individual benefits from welfare schemes.
Yogi Adityanath instructed officials to handle each complaint with sensitivity, promptness, and transparency.
When an elderly woman sought help for housing, he directed officials to provide her a home under a government scheme. In another case, he ordered immediate assistance for a woman seeking financial help for her daughter's marriage under the Marriage Grant Scheme.
The CM also asked officers to prepare medical treatment estimates swiftly so that financial assistance for patients is not delayed.
He further instructed strict action against those allegedly involved in illegal possession of others' property. htc...
