GORAKHPUR, Jan. 13 -- A 30-year-old man, allegedly in a state of alcohol-fuelled rage, killed his mother and wife on Monday morning in Parsa village of Kushinagar district. According to police, the accused, identified as Sikandar Gupta, was intoxicated when his mother reprimanded him for his excessive drinking. The deceased have been identified as Roona Devi (55), the accused's mother, and Priyanka (28), his wife. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
