Renovated casualty unit launched at KGMU Trauma Centre
LUCKNOW, Sept. 23 -- The renovated Casualty Unit and 6 ventilator bed facility at the new emergency and trauma centre of King George's Medical University (KGMU) was inaugurated by vice chancellor Prof Soniya Nityanand on Monday.
Dr Prem Raj Singh, chief medical superintendent, Trauma Centre, emphasized that the expansion to a 40-bed casualty along with 6 ventilator beds will further enhance life-saving support for critically ill patients, stated a press release.
