LUCKNOW, Sept. 10 -- A 26-year-old recovery agent was found dead inside an office in the Banthra area on Tuesday morning, his blood-soaked body pointing to a brutal attack. Police identified the victim as Kunal Shukla. He was attacked with a blunt object. A sanitation worker discovered the body around 8 am when she entered the office for routine cleaning. Deputy commissioner of police (South) Nipun Agarwal said an FIR for murder was registered based on the family's complaint and the body was sent for post-mortem examination. A bloodstained iron object, suspected to be the weapon, was later recovered from a vacant plot nearby. According to police, CCTV cameras at the office of Swastik Associates, where Shukla worked in loan recovery, had been vandalised and the DVR stolen. "The attackers clearly tried to erase evidence," additional DCP (South) Rallapalli Basant Kumar said. A 24-year-old man's body was recovered from a canal near Gautam Kheda on Madakheda-Sisendi road in Nigoha on Tuesday morning. Police said the body was identified as that of Shani Rawat, a resident of Shankar Baksh Kheda in Mohanlalganj. "The body was sent for autopsy...
