Lucknow, Nov. 11 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is likely to participate in a series of public dialogues in Uttar Pradesh under the party's 'Bhagidari Nyay' mission. The events are being planned by the OBC wing of the state Congress unit. The initiative aims to engage backward classes on issues of social justice and constitutional rights. Manoj Yadav, head of the OBC wing of the UP Congress, said, "Rahul Gandhi has held about 15 such meetings in Bihar. In UP, he is likely to hold over 20-such meetings over a period of one year on the issue of Bhagidari Nyay." The top leadership of the Congress's OBC wing will hold a meeting at the party office on Wednesday to chalk out a detailed plan for the state. Yadav said the meeting will be focused on issues such as communal discord, contract jobs and the National Security Act (NSA) among others. "The backward classes will be made aware of how the BJP is attempting to subvert democracy and the Constitution. The party will expose the BJP's vote theft, in collusion with the Election Commission, at the block level across Uttar Pradesh through pamphlets and foot marches," Yadav said....
