Pvt firm owner robbed by impostors
LUCKNOW, July 30 -- Two men impersonating sadhus allegedly robbed a private company owner of cash and gold chain in Alambagh here on Tuesday afternoon. As per reports, the victim, Rohan Kashyap, a resident of New Delhi, was in Lucknow to visit his company's office located in Sector-B of Barigawan within Krishna Nagar police station limits. At around 12:30pm, two men disguised as sadhus asked for donations as he reached Jail Road crossing in his car. As Rohan stepped out of the car, the impostors snatched his gold chain and purse containing Rs.4,500 before fleeing the scene.
The Wazirganj police on Tuesday arrested two men in connection with the kidnapping of a 12-year-old boy selling bottled water near a bus stand, officials said. The child was rescued unharmed , they added. As per reports, the incident came to light on Monday when one Vikky Sonkar spotted two men bundling the minor boy, whom he identified as the son of an acquaintance, into an autorickshaw....
