LUCKNOW, June 13 -- Complaints over plot registration delays and layout approval hurdles dominated the public hearing held at the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) headquarters here on Thursday. Divisional commissioner Roshan Jacob chaired the session and directed officials to ensure speedy and fair resolution of issues raised by citizens. One Suhail Khan and his family were among the first to raise concerns, seeking registration of a plot allotted to them in Sector-O of the Mansarovar Yojana. Jacob immediately directed officer concerned to resolve the issue within 15 days. LDA secretary Vivek Srivastava said 36 applications were received.
