Lucknow, Aug. 8 -- Renowned institutes like the Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow (IIM-L), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and the King George's Medical University (KGMU) as well as five other universities will study UP government's move to ensure tap connections in each rural household and how it has transformed the social and economic lives of the masses in the state.
