LUCKNOW, Dec. 28 -- State women's commission chairperson Babita Chauhan on Saturday inaugurated the pre-marital communication centre, operating under the National Commission for Women (NCW), at the Aadharshila Institute in Ram Vihar Colony, Shravan Nagar, Bijnor Road, Lucknow. On the occasion, Babita Chauhan praised the initiative, emphasising that pre-marital counseling is a crucial step in preventing the breakdown of many marriages. She noted that such counseling offers young people proper guidance, clarity, and emotional maturity, helping them approach married life with a sense of responsibility.
