PRAYAGRAJ, Dec. 2 -- The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) on Monday declared the results of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Preliminary Examination-2025 and Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF)/Regional Forest Officer (RFO) Services Preliminary Examination-2025. A total of 6,26,387 candidates had applied online, of which a total of 2,65,270 candidates had appeared in the examination held on October 12. The number of posts in the examination has increased four-and-a-half times from 200 to 920. There are now 106 ACF/RFO posts and 814 PCS posts. According to Commission Secretary Ashok Kumar, a total of 11,727 candidates have been provisionally declared successful for admission to the main examination against the 920 vacant posts. Separate information will be issued regarding the schedule of the Main Examination and the online application process for successful candidates for the Main examination.
