Patients' safety discussed at Gorakhpur meet
Lucknow, Aug. 25 -- Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) discussed patient-friendly healthcare practices at a recent conclave held in Gorakhpur.
It was organised by the National Patient Safety Secretariat (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) and AIIMS Gorakhpur.
Professor Rajesh Harshvardhan, the medical superintendent of SGPGIMS, said in his keynote session, "For patients, safety means fewer errors, fewer infections, better outcomes, and above all-peace of mind.
