LUCKNOW, Dec. 24 -- A side pantry manager onboard the Amritsar-Jaynagar Saryu Yamuna Express was caught with a large consignment of illegal liquor during a late-night check at Lucknow Charbagh railway station under Operation Satark, railway officials said on Tuesday.
