Barmer/ Jaisalmer, Nov. 10 -- Experts have flagged at least 12 bird deaths, including both local and migratory species, that reportedly occurred since early October in Jaisalmer's Degrai Oran after colliding with high-tension power lines that cut across the area. The latest incident occurred on Saturday when a Tawny Eagle was found dead beneath an overhead power line, wildlife activist Sumer Singh Sanwta said.
