One-way system enforced at Sangam city railway stn
India, Feb. 3 -- To manage the influx of pilgrims for the Basant Panchami bathing festival, a one-way system has been enforced at all seven major railway stations in Prayagraj starting February 2. Officials confirmed that the system will remain in place until February 5. During this time, the entry of passengers will remain banned at Prayagraj Sangam Railway Station located at Daraganj. Trains will not operate from here. Passengers who usually travel from this station will need to board trains from Prayagraj Junction, said Senior PRO of NCR Amit Malaviya. To control movement of passengers at Prayagraj Junction, entry will be allowed only from the city side, while passengers will exit from Civil Lines side.
