Official logo of national festival 'Bharat Vaibhav' unveiled
VARANASI, Dec. 18 -- The official logo for the year-long national festival 'Bharat Vaibhav', to be organised on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, was unveiled at the Malaviya Values Anushilan Auditorium of Banaras Hindu University.
The logo was unveiled by chairman, Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi Padma Bhushan Ram Bahadur Rai, senior journalist and former Vice-Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism, Achyutanand Mishra; Padma Shri Malini Awasthi; Padma Shri Vidyabindu Singh; Dr Ramesh Chandra Gaur, Head of Faculty, IGNCA; Dr Dayanidhi Mishra, secretary, Vidyashree Nyas; Abhijit Dixit, regional director, IGNCA, Kashi; senior journalist Atri Bhardwaj; and Prof Sanjay Kumar, coordinator, Malaviya Values Anushilan Centre.
On the occasion, the distinguished guests congratulated the research scholar Rahul Shaw for designing the logo.
In this context, the convener of Bharat Vaibhav, Dr Dhirendra Rai, stated that in the light of the Government of India's important initiative of a biennial nationwide celebration, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Research Scholars' Hostel of Banaras Hindu University is celebrating the national festival 'Bharat Vaibhav' on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Patel.
Under this, from the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya on December 25 to the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on October 31, 2026, a variety of creative projects and programmes connected with creative concerns will be organised at the national level....
