NSA slapped on main accused in Mathura building collapse
AGRA, July 4 -- The main accused in the June 15 building collapse at Mathura's Maya Teela Sunil Gupta, alias Sunil Chain will now face action under the National Security Act (NSA). Booked for culpable homicide and earlier carrying a Rs.25,000 reward, he was arrested for allegedly directing illegal digging that led to the collapse, killing three, including two children. SSP Mathura Shlok Kumar said the act, executed by contractor Pappu, already in jail, had sparked public fear.
