New Delhi, Nov. 3 -- The Kerala government has approached the Supreme Court against governor Arif Mohammed Khan's alleged delay in approving eight bills passed by the assembly, saying his inaction is "defeating the rights of the people" to welfare measures that the legislations would have implemented, a move that comes days after the Punjab and Tamil Nadu governments approached the top court against their respective governors for the same reason.
