Nivesh Mitra's 99.32% grievance resolution rate in Uttar Pradesh
LUCKNOW, June 24 -- The Uttar Pradesh government ensured swift and efficient grievance redressal through platforms such as the Nivesh Mitra Portal.
According to the labour department, 22,280 complaints were received on the portal in financial year 2024-25, of which 22,130 resolved-marking a resolution rate of 99.32%, a spokesperson said.
Similarly, 19,353 of the 19,503 complaints received through helplines were resolved, while all 2,777 complaints on the IGRS (Samadhaan Portal) were disposed of, achieving a 100% resolution rate.
These figures highlight the administration's commitment to transparency, accountability, and timely service delivery, the press release read.
User feedback further reinforces the portal's effectiveness, with 88.2% rating the services as satisfactory, 8.1% as average, and only 3.6% expressing dissatisfaction.
Overall, 96.60% of users expressed satisfaction with the portal's online services - an outstanding benchmark for any government digital platform.
Specifically regarding labour department services, 89.60% users reported satisfaction, while 3.4% expressed dissatisfaction-demonstrating a high level of departmental responsiveness and service delivery, the spokesperson said.
