Patna, Oct. 28 -- Opposition's chief ministerial candidate and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav stepped up his attack on Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, saying that the senior JD(U) leader was losing his grip over the administration and was unlikely to reclaim the state's top post.
