The minister said that these reforms will simplify, make transparent, and modernize the country's labour system, providing workers with security, dignity and timely services. The new codes will become effective nationwide from November 21, 2025. Minister Rajbhar stated that these reforms have significantly reduced the complexity of labour laws.
