India, Sept. 10 -- A woman accidentally drove a Mahindra Thar through a glass wall of a showroom in east Delhi's Preet Vihar right after purchasing it, police on Tuesday said. No one was hurt in the incident. The car crashed on to the footpath below the showroom and overturned, also damaged a bike in the process, as onlookers and passersby gathered to take photos and videos. A senior Delhi Police officer said the woman, her husband, and a salesperson were in the car when the woman accidentally pressed the accelerator, causing the vehicle to break through the glass wall and plummet to footpath below.
