NEW DELHI, April 16 -- Union health minister Harsh Vardhan announced on Thursday it was postponing the National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (postgraduate) - for entry into medical colleges - that was earlier scheduled to be held on April 18 as the country sees an unprecedented surge in Covid-19 cases.
