PRAYAGRAJ, Dec. 22 -- The final day of the three-day cultural festival Bazm-e-Virasat, held at Bishop Johnson School, featured an engaging session titled Actors' Table, drawing a large audience. The panel included Bollywood actress, producer and director Neena Gupta, actors Gajraj Rao, Vineet Kumar, and casting director Mukesh Chhabra. Neena Gupta shared how a message from filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia led her to attend the festival, fulfilling a long-time wish. Gajraj Rao recalled his early struggles, noting how consistent work, rather than a single breakthrough role, defines an actor's identity. Vineet Kumar emphasised acting with sincerity and seeking inner happiness over pretense. Chhabra highlighted how OTT platforms have created opportunities for emerging artists, while Neena Gupta remarked that cinema is a business where actors build their own market value.
