MoU signed for digi literacy of girl students
Lucknow, Jan. 14 -- In an attempt to give a new direction to the inclusive development, digital literacy, and technological empowerment of girl students, a significant initiative has been undertaken by the social welfare department. In this regard, a coordination meeting and tablet distribution programme were organised on Tuesday at Bhagidari Bhawan in Gomti Nagar.
During the event, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Social Welfare Department and the social organisation Madad Foundation. The minister of state for Social Welfare (Independent Charge), Asim Arun was also present on the occasion.
A total of 40 tablets were distributed among the principals of Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Girls' School in Gorakhpur and Maharajganj districts....
