VARANASI, July 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is proposed to visit his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on August 2 that will be his 51st visit to the city since 2014 when he won the Lok Sabha polls from here for the first time. Kashi region BJP spokesperson Navratan Rathi gave this information on Monday. Kashi region BJP president Dilip Patel said during his likely visit the PM will address a public meeting on the outskirts of Banauli village, having more than 30 villages in its surrounding, in Sewapuri area of Varanasi. Preparations have been started for the PM's visit. Villagers, including farmers, daily wagers among others, will participate in the public meeting, he added. "The PM will gift projects worth hundreds of crores to the people of his parliamentary constituency during the visit. The work of levelling the ground has started at the public meeting venue," BJP's Kashi region spokesperson Navratan Rathi said.A team of BJP leaders, including party's district unit president Hansraj Vishwakarma and BJP city unit president Pradeep Agrahari, visited the public meeting venue.
