AGRA, Sept. 9 -- Angry with officials who did not turn up at a meeting called by her to discuss farmers' issues, Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister Baby Rani Maurya on Monday said she will complain to the chief minister about it. She also said it seemed that the officials did not want to hear the concerns of the farmers and their such behaviour won't be tolerated. The meeting was to be held at Vikas Bhawan in Agra. The minister reached the meeting venue at around 11 AM and waited for the officials till 12 noon.Farmer leader Shyam Singh Chahar, who came to attend the meeting, complained that the farmers were facing shortage of DAP all over the state but there was none to hear their concern....
