Lucknow, July 26 -- Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Friday welcomed Union law minister Arjun Ram Meghwal's statement in Parliament ruling out any intent to remove words like "secularism" from the Constitution's Preamble. In a post on X, the former UP CM said Meghwal's assurance is appropriate and commendable. "It is particularly a news of relief and good assurance for all those people, including our party the BSP, across the country and the world, who are completely opposed to any inappropriate changes or tampering with the Constitution drafted by Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar and were also concerned about such erroneous demands being raised," she said....
