LUCKNOW, Feb. 5 -- Senior Provincial Civil Service (PCS) officer Kiran Chowdhary, posted as district panchayati raj officer (DPRO) in Mathura for the past three years, was arrested on Tuesday along with her driver for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe from a village head, senior vigilance officials said.
