New Delhi, April 3 -- India's manufacturing activity, as measured by the HSBC India Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), rose to an eight-month high of 58.1 in March, up from a 14-month low of 56.3 in February, on the back of strong domestic demand.
