LUCKNOW, June 1 -- Manoj Yadav has been made the state chairman of the OBC department of the UP Congress on Saturday. The announcement was made through a letter issued by AICC general secretary, KC Venugopal. This is Yadav's second stint on the post with the Congress. He had served in the position for three years earlier and his tenure included the Lok Sabha elections too. A native of Gazipur district and an active member of Allahabad University, Yadav has been running campaigns on issues concerning OBCs. Yadav said that he is in New Delhi at present and will join office after meeting the leader of opposition, Rahul Gandhi and general secretary Priyanka Gandhi....
