Dehradun, May 8 -- A joint team from Uttarakhand's Special Task Force (STF), Crime Branch-Criminal Investigation Department (CBCID) and Uttar Pradesh's STF has arrested a fugitive with a Rs.50,000 reward on his head in a multi-lakh fraud case tied to Haridwar's Dhenu Agro Producer Limited. Devendra Prakash Tiwari, accused in the Dhenu Agro fraud case, had evaded capture since 2018.
