VARANASI, Jan. 6 -- A miscreant was arrested from near Kamalpur turn in Sarai Mir area of Azamgarh after the recovery of an illegal .315 bore pistol and a cartridge from his possession, Azamgarh police said. The accused, Arman, is a resident of Kamalpur village.
