Dehradun, Nov. 12 -- The Dehradun police arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly brandishing a cleaver through the window while driving an SUV in Dehradun, a police officer said. The accused has been identified as Akshansh Saklani (29), from Kaulagarh in Dehradun. An FIR was registered against him under relevant sections of the Arms Act.
