VARANASI, Nov. 3 -- A 30-year-old transporter Suraj Singh hailing from Varanasi's Ramkatora area died after falling from fifth floor of Vinayak Plaza in Maldahiya area of the city under Sigra police station early on Sunday, police said. After getting information, a forensic and a police team reached the spot and collected evidence from the scene. The police also examined CCTV footage. A friend of Suraj, who was accompanying him, has been missing since the incident which occurred at a restaurant-cum-club. It is reported that a fight also broke out there. Assistant commissioner of police, Chetganj, Ishan Soni said along with questioning the people present there, footage of all the cameras was being scrutinised. As per reports, Suraj Singh, who lived in Ramakant Nagar Colony of Varanasi, had gone to the restaurant-cum-club with his friend Bablu Shah to attend a party. He allegedly consumed alcohol after that he got into an argument with someone over dancing on the dance floor. At around 1:10 am, Suraj Singh fell from the fifth floor of the club and died on the spot....
