Lucknow, Sept. 7 -- A 35-year-old man died late Friday night after falling from a foot overbridge near Engineering College crossing under Jankipuram police station limits. Police said they received information about the incident around 11 pm. Locals at the spot identified the man as a resident of the Madiyaon area who was known to sleep on the overbridge. Preliminary inquiry suggests he was under the influence of alcohol when he lost balance and fell onto the road below. "The injured man was rushed to KGMU Trauma Centre by ambulance, where doctors declared him brought dead.
