Agra, Sept. 21 -- A man was sentenced by special judge (Pocso Act) in Etah for 15 days in jail for making a reel of court proceedings and posting it on social media. The court imposed a penalty of Rs 1000 also when the accused failed to give proper justification to the notice served to him when he was found making a reel. The accused was seen making a reel by court staff who intervened and reported the matter to the judge, the presiding officer in Court. A 15 second reel was found posted on a social media platform when the phone was checked and seized thereafter by court order. The accused was sent to jail. The accused, it was revealed, was himself a Pocso case accused out on bail and was in court for hearing in his case but stayed after hearing of his own case....
