LPG crisis: BJP govt responsible, says Akhilesh
Lucknow, March 11 -- Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav once again raised the issue of the LPG cylinder shortage in the state, blaming the Bharatiya Janata Party government for the difficulties people are facing.
He also said that hotels and shops were on the verge of closure due to LPG shortage, but the BJP is busy practicing hate politics and shows no concern for the people.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the former chief minister said, "The general public faces a severe shortage of essential commodities. Previously, farmers were unable to get fertilisers and had to stand in line. Now, people are facing difficulties in getting gas cylinders for cooking. Hotels and shops are on the verge of closure due to gas shortage. Black marketing is rampant. The BJP government is responsible for these conditions. The BJP, which practices hate politics, has no concern for the people."...
