LUCKNOW, Nov. 23 -- Nearly 20,000 youths vibed to Yo Yo Honey Singh's chartbusters at the Hastshilp Mahotsav Ground in Smriti Upwan on Saturday evening. The event, organised under Sarojini Nagar MLA Rajeshwar Singh, blended music with a social message for the young audiences. Over 100 schools, colleges, RWAs and community groups participated, making it one of the constituency's biggest youth engagements. The singer dished out some of his biggest hits, including 'Haye Mera Dil...', 'Brown Rang...', Blue Eyes...', 'Dil Chori...', and 'Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi...' among others. Authorities deployed heavy security, including a central control room, 150 AI-enabled cameras, 100 CCTV units, DFMD-equipped entry gates, and Delhi-based private security teams. Entry was strictly pass-based, issued through Singh's office, while only mobile phones were allowed inside the venue. Honey Singh, who arrived in Lucknow earlier in the day and greeted fans at the airport before heading to the hotel, brought the house down amid cheers and flashlights. "Never touch alcohol in life. Stay away from dry drugs. This is not the prasad of Lord Shiva.. those who say so are lying," he appealed, drawing applause. The show, managed by 250 bouncers from Delhi and over 200 volunteers, saw fans climb barricades to get closer, with many hailing him as the "father of Indian rap." In a lighter moment, Honey Singh shared, "Rajeshwar Singh aur Honey Singh ki mummy saath mein morning walk karti hain jab Rajeshwar Singh Delhi rehte hain."...
