Lucknow, Aug. 15 -- While the city slept on Wednesday night, the UP Assembly stayed lit and lively as lawmakers debated 'Vision 2047', a roadmap for a developed state. Ministers, including Sandeep Singh, Yogendra Upadhyay, Anil Rajbhar, Nitin Agrawal, Kapil Dev Agrawal, Dayashankar Singh spoke on the achievements of the Yogi government in various sectors.
